Any way for users to report bugs?[edit]

Three months ago the only working version of FastMail was closed, switching all users to the new system. But the new system has never worked and still doesn't work. In particular, there is no way to move a message to another folder. Attempt to move a message by checking boxes of messages then clicking arrow button next to destination folder: Link that you currently have selected

but when I click on that, it tells me:

  Apparently you managed to submit a form, but no button was pressed.

  If you get this message, even though you definitely clicked a button,
  we'd appreciate it if you could send a bug report to detailing your OS,      
  browser and version, and as much detail as possible about what screen

Bugs are supposed to be reported to this forum: http: // www.emaildiscussions.com / forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=28 but going to that URL gives me:

I have no idea what to make of your request. Obviously, this is the wrong place to get support or report bugs. The URL

http://www.emaildiscussions.com/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=28 works just fine for that. Your version of the URL has spurious spaces.

Your assertion that the old version closed or broken is nonsense, AFAIK. The classic fastmail is still available. Moving messages works just fine for me, in the classic and new interface. (Though the new interface is worse than the old one, IMNSHO.) There's a plethora or support info at

Moving page from FastMail to Fastmail?[edit]

The service changed its logo from "FastMail" to "Fastmail". I'm wondering if we should move the page to match the case. I tried to use "Move" and "DISPLAYTITLE" template but met errors. What is the proper way of doing this? ~wzyboy (talk) 11:39, 25 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
