Disadvantages?[edit]
There is a section on "advantages", but surely there must be some disadvantages as well? Else all guitars now being made would be fanned fret, and they're not. Also, an illustration or two would be nice.

Manufacturers[edit]
This section needs to be updated badly. Right now, it screams Spam link farm. Is this section needed? Can it be changed to discourage the addition of random manufacture links?- McMatter (talk)/(contrib) 15:30, 14 October 2014 (UTC)
