Wife: Maymuna bint al-Harith - married when he was 60 years old and she was 36
Wife: Maria al-Qibtiyya
Son: Ibrahim, died infant.

He also married Qutaylah daughter of Qays, and sister of al-Ash'ath ibn Qays, but he died before uniting with her. It is also reported that he divorced her before their coming together, and before he died. She was then after married to a man called `Ikrimah. [1]
