Arrested man's name[edit]

Is there some reason his name is being given on this page? I mean it's in the title of a source just below a section that tip toes around it. Surely his arrest is a matter of public record and not subject to a suppression order. Tigerman2005 (talk) 05:45, 5 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
