FAST is, or at least was, Face Arm Speech Test[edit]

The second reference, which currently ends up at https://www.ahajournals.org/doi/full/10.1161/01.str.0000044170.46643.5e clearly identifies that FAST at least originally was the simpler Face Arm Speech Test (and that the first two expand to Facial and Arm Movements).
