Fair use rationale for Image:Everythings Eventual.jpg[edit]

Image:Everythings Eventual.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. Article title[edit]

I believe that this article should be renamed Everything's Eventual, dropping the : 14 Dark Tales, since it's not even a subtitle but a descriptive line, used on other Stephen King books, like Hearts in Atlantis ("New Fiction"), and many other novels that state "A Novel" on the cover. None of these should be parts of the actual title. The problem is that unfortunately Everything's Eventual used to refer to the short story/novella of the same title before I moved it to Everything's Eventual (short story). Now the book's article can't be moved because there's still that redirect. How can we resolve this? Jmj713 (talk) 22:18, 24 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
