So far, upon creating this page, I have not been able to find out some basic biographical information like where and when he was born or died, whether he was a white european or a mixed race Indo person (he was active in an Indo organization after all). Part of the problem is that he has a very common name, I even had a hard time finding his first name for a while. Nonetheless I think he deserve an article because he was lead editor of some major newspapers for several decades. Hopefully later I will be able to sort out this missing info.
