Definition is not complete[edit]
This definition of tolling is not complete. Tolling is applied in cases where the plaintiff *does* know about the injury, but for reasons outside of her control, can't file suit. This application needs to be added. Papillonderecherche (talk) 13:58, 10 April 2013 (UTC)
