Untitled[edit]

Why is there no mention of Eldra's ethnicity? His family(The DeBarge family) is often mistaken for Hispanic but they are bi-racial. Their mother is an African-American woman(Etterlene) with Native ancestry. Their father, Robert was a White man of French origins. This should be noted simply for accuracy purposes.

Lifes' Lessons[edit]

Well we will and have all had some pitfalls in life and the DeBarges of course have their struggles too .. But don't be discouraged ... It's happened to us all ... You have put out beautiful music and meddley's and to hear it is to love you... Your music is still good and touches my heart and I am sure millions of others.. "Love Me In A Special Way" what more do I need to say .. We can make it just be sure to put God in your plan and everything will come together just as you plan .. He won't fail you so try him .. I've seen him work in a matter of minutes to my advantage and he's real ... It's all in the lessons of life and we can grow from out mistakes.. My son was giving me an update as he had seen the DeBarges' featured on a TV program just recently and it touched my heart to know all about the many problems you've suffered along the way.. We love you and your children and family are so beautiful but help is on its way and just do a little pray and save the day.. We'll get through it just stay as close to each other and keep family love among you and stay close to Mom.. Much love to you and your family and the DeBarges have given us treasured music even today after the first time hearing you it still touches my heart ... Be strong and if you fall ask him and he won't leave you in a hole never to get up... Look Good and you feel good and you are so good lookin anyway ... WE LOVE YOU !!!!

Prison?[edit]

El DeBarge[edit]

Why wasn't his family life brought up? Also the show "Unsung" which should-have been brought up, as a reference to his child-hood being talked about. Also, it says Berry Gordy; Motown, but it doesn't talk about Jermaine Jackson, who told Berry about them through another person, who was also in the business. Also, I see no reference to Bobby whom was very significant, towards the guidance of El. Also, theres no talk about his fathering children. Also, the torch for him in his craft after Micheal Jackson.(Pinknblu (talk) 13:14, 20 March 2011 (UTC))[reply]

2023 Arrest[edit]
