This citation has also been presented, I fail to see what User:Pointer1 isn't accepting here.

As the title says, he's a Celtic player, he's with the team, why is he not listed as a Celtic player, and who is responsible?

What title states what? Have you read the article? Mexican star Juarez joins Bhoys in Seattle Celtic announced that he "he will undergo a medical in Seattle, while the club are in the process of finalising all documentation."
