I have published a wiki page on the children's author, Edith Farmiloe, which I would like someone to review.Adelphi14 (talk) 13:15, 14 October 2018 (UTC) I have also put in a link to Franklin Thomas Grant Richards, her publisher. I've had one draft page for him taken down as it infringed copyright so I have done another one and will rewrite the text if that's OK.Adelphi14 (talk) 13:15, 14 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Good stub article[edit]

Adelphi14 Although Theroadislong did a drive-by drop WP:REFB on your draftpage without properly taking the time to point out which reference they had concerns with ... what they neglected to point out is that you have created a very good stub article on Farmiloe. A subject who has very little online content to draw sources from and cite within a WP article. The references that you do have cited were the only ones I could find online, too. I commend you for having gleaned what you did to create the article you have. The sticklers here at WP would ask God for a reliable source if He were to ever say in an article: "I created Heaven and earth ...", I'm afraid. Honestly, I would not wait for someone to review this article. I would remove the resources that are questionable; move them to a new section: Notes or External links, and simply place a "citation needed" tag on questionable content. Let other editors contribute. After all, this is WP - a community encyclopedia. Your article is good for a subject who is notable but has very little written about them. This is a good start; but should not be penalized because it does not answer all the questions that certain editors here at WP will always have no matter what the source or content. • That being said: would you mind if I gave your article a clean and re-structure that might appease the WP gods a bit more? Maineartists (talk) 20:47, 1 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
If it were submitted I would be more than happy to accept it. Theroadislong (talk) 20:48, 1 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Removed two refs that had no apparent connection to the text of the article, replaced one with a valid ref, and put two others in a proper ref format. David notMD (talk) 02:43, 3 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
