Confusing[edit]

This is a confusing article and needs a lot more citations and writing that is more encyclopedic in style. First when was the degree first offered. A google search didn't turn up anything earlier than 1999. Yet the article states it use to be offered in the United States. Also what is the name of the degree in French (not just the initials) and do we have an example school. --Erp (talk) 03:37, 25 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
