Legacy[edit]

Picture of Deutz D-series tractor is depicted on Indian 5 Rupee note. In India , Kirloskar Pneumatic started manufacuturing D-Series tractors from 1979 onwards under 'Kirloskar' brand and launched 2 Cylinder 35 HP, 3 Cylinder 43 HP, 4 cylinder 75 HP and 6 Cylinder 100 HP Models, but it failed in Indian market, owing to air cooled engines, which is unsuitable in Indian tropical condition. But D-series Engines are still being manufactured

Yes,,it is correct[edit]

Deutsche is indeed depicted on Indian five note and was produced in india Rajesh Kumar69 (talk) 13:44, 29 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Contested deletion[edit]

This page is not unambiguously promotional, because... (All the information added can be found directly on the deutz fahr website. regardind model types. The pictures addded are all from original source and do not promote any information but simply give the models produced and image) --DaraghB1234 (talk) 12:54, 11 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

The new d series is a completely different range to the previous serious in 1979 DaraghB1234 (talk) 12:57, 11 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@DaraghB1234: The speedy deletion has been removed (the article is far too old to be eligible for speedy deletion anyway). However, I have also reverted your edits as overtly promotional. If it is information taken directly from the Deutz-Fahr website, consider why Deutz-Fahr maintains a website in the first place: to promote their products. Therefore, the information is not likely to be sufficiently neutral for our purposes. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 13:34, 11 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Which Parts of the content i have added is overly promotional? the photos and graphs i included are not promotional but state the makes and horsepower of deutz fahrs models. DaraghB1234 (talk) 14:00, 11 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Just taking a look at the article shows that it is NOT written like an advertisement. Who in their right mind would think so? It is an OLD Wikipedia article, about an old and historic brand and company, and if anything, much MORE information can be added. Scoty6776 (talk) 13:37, 15 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
