Photo layout[edit]

I reverted the photo layout for several reasons The back and forth layout from left to right was making me dizzy. Having all the photos on the right side is the least distraction to the flow of the article. The photos were placed by their associated text. The small size was selected because most of the photos look too fuzzy when enlarged. The pictures of the cars entering the turn on the sand and leaving the same turn on the pavement need to be very close to each other so the reader can understand the surface transition better. This layout was not modified by anyone even though the article was under high exposure as a featured DYK article. Royalbroil 16:48, 24 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Correct Location[edit]

As a resident of Daytona Beach, after reading the description of the Daytona Beach Road Course, I have to conclude that the course was actually laid out in the town of Ponce Inlet, Florida (not incorporated as a town at the time - but Daytona Beach was the mailing address for the unincorporated area). I don't know if you wish to spell this out in the article? If you Google for "Racings North Turn Restaurant" you will find that it shows up in a map of Ponce Inlet. beach AND road, tense[edit]

The title and text were inconsistent in the use of "and" in the name. I made them the same as the title, because I cannot change that.

I also made the timeline consistently past tense. 50.25.221.206 (talk) 15:48, 2 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
