The reconstruction controversy[edit]

I just did a quick web search and found that issue 140 (January 9th, 1997) of Hankyoreh 21 (한겨레21) contains a special for this very controversy. Unfortunately, it seems they only put the article titles online. See: http://h21.hani.co.kr/h21/data/tot/140.html

The article titles include: "Do Not Destroy Dangsan Bridge", "A Public Letter to The Seoul Municipal Government", "Implicit(?) Cost of Taking Down Dangsan Bridge", and two interviews.

If anybody has access to a nearby library with this issue, it would be great to give a short summary and expand this article. :)
