Some proposed changes[edit]

Dan Mirvish is an American filmmaker and author

Information should be added and corrected. Yes, this is a COI (Confluence of Interest) since the subject is me. But all these proposed changed are objectively verifiable by news sources. Apologies if I'm doing this wrong:

Omaha (the movie)[1]

Note: First public screenings were at festivals in 1994 and festival release continued into 1986 (over 30 festivals). We finished making the film in 1994, where it counted as my master's thesis at University of California, Los Angeles. Theatrical release started in 1995 and continued into 1996.

He self-distributed the film in over 30 cities in 1996. [2]

Please change section on film Bernard and Huey to the following, because the film has been completed and shown at festivals, and will be getting theatrical release in June:

Mirvish directed the feature film Bernard and Huey (film), written by Oscar/Pulitzer/Obie-winner Jules Feiffer. Feiffer originally wrote the script in 1986 for the American cable channel Showtime, but it was never made. It is based on characters from Feiffer's eponymous Village Voice cartoon strip.[3] The film stars Jim Rash and the cast includes Sasha Alexander, Bellamy Young, Richard Kind, Keelin Woodell, Lauren Miller Rogen, Shelby Fero, Jake O’Connor, Jay Renshaw, Mae Whitman, David Koechner, Eka Darville, and Nancy Travis.[4] The film has screened at over 25 film festivals [5]. The film is getting released theatrically on June 8, 2018 in the United States by Freestyle Digital Media. [6]
