If the image is non-free then you may need to upload it to Wikipedia (Commons does not allow fair use)
If the image isn't freely licensed and there is no fair use rationale then it cannot be uploaded or used.
If the image has already been deleted you may want to try Commons Undeletion Request

Page content found on ReverbNation[edit]

See the artist bio on https://www.reverbnation.com/dakrya. Based on the history here, I suspect this is an instance of unattributed content from Wikipedia being used on ReverbNation and not a copyright violation the other way around. (The content here was edited multiple times before reaching the current state, which is exactly or almost exactly duplicated in the ReverbNation bio.) But I'm posting here anyway per Wikipedia:Copyright_violations#Other_websites_copying_Wikipedia. Jfire (talk) 00:17, 15 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
