Another merge[edit]

Can we merge CwRsync with CopSSH? They are two little (yet useful) niche programs from the same vendor, with overlapping sources (mainly the vendor's website). -- Evilninja (talk) 02:15, 25 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I can see the point, although it would be an awkward mix, and the page title would be ugly. Perhaps we could restructure to a company page (Itefix) with a products section, where these two (and potentially others) could be described. Klbrain (talk) 02:15, 15 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

SSH and Rsync are very different programs (even though Rsync uses ssh). They have absolutely different purposes and interface. I think their vendor is not important, because we write about the program, not its authors. Yaroslav Nikitenko (talk) 17:10, 13 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

"Usage note" section[edit]
