Apparently not, according to this edit by User:Sboonecms (contribs) who sounds like the Steven Boone who works with Cooper. A Google search also sounds like a different Kennedy, at Cooper's university. PrimeHunter 04:23, 3 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
