This page is so bad

... I don't know where to begin but I feel like deleting lots of it as prejudiced rubbish that gives no insight into Honduran culture. --SqueakBox 00:40, Apr 27, 2005 (UTC)

I have heard that Dog fighting is legal in Honduras, can someone here confirm or deny this and if you have some webpages that support your statement I would be obliged. I will use in them to update the Dog fighting article. Thank you SirIsaacBrock 18:50, 6 February 2006 (UTC)

Dont believe it is, SqueakBox 01:38, 14 October 2006 (UTC)

i totally believe that in any country dog fighting should be illegal —Preceding unsigned comment added by 121.208.250.95 (talk) 08:28, 7 August 2008 (UTC)

Diverse culture

Honduras has a diverse culture? I dont think so. As someone from the UK the culture here seems remarkably uniform, SqueakBox 01:38, 14 October 2006 (UTC) It doesn't say it's diverse, just that its population's origins are multiethnic. From this you get a culture that amalgamates elements from differenrt traditions. Just like England in fact. We all go to the pub and eat curry! They eat maize, go to church and go in for a spot of ancestor worship. Yes, it needs work on the English, which I have started, but doesn't seem particularly prejudiced - or if you think it is you should say how, with examples.

Bananas

"Most people sell bananas for money." This is a pure gem, should go into a page for the silliest statements found in Wikipedia, SqueakBox 03:21, 24 November 2006 (UTC) It's easy to sneer when non English speakers put their time in to provide us with articles. I have copy edited down the first sections - try doing that rather than making comments like this. It's a good way of finding out information about areas you don't know about. This particular reference seems to have been deleted but probably wasn't that silly. The writer probably meant that bananas are grown as a cash crop rather than growing for subsistence. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Keithuk (talkcontribs) 11:27, 22 September 2007 (UTC)
