plot[edit]

Yes, I know the plot summary isn't all that great, but you can't just copy text from imdb. There have been several versions of this page that use reviews from there. Not allowed. -Freekee 05:38, 12 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I removed some inaccurate information. Gris never accidentally breaks the statue. A guy sent to find the statue breaks it a little, removing the statue's eye. Gris notices that the statue is hollow because bugs crawl out of the hole where its eye was, which leads him to take the statue from its base. The plot on here is pretty much entirely filled with incorrect information. However, the only way to really make it make sense and actually follow the plot of the film is to make it much longer and more detaild which for some bizarre reason is a no-no on Wikipedia. What language(s)?[edit]

Does the film really combine Spanish and English with large amounts of each? If the film is actually mostly in one language and just available in the other language due to dubbing, please put the film's original language in the info box instead of the original langauge plus the dubbing language. It was filmed with large helpings of both languages. There are several scenes where Perlman engages in conversations where he speaks English, while the other conversant speaks Spanish. 71.52.46.122 (talk) 14:04, 16 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
