The common name in English is Coupe Deutsch de la Meurthe, so go ahead with the change. I have NEVER heard the races referred to as Deutsch de la Meurthe Cup--Petebutt (talk) 18:40, 6 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

P.S. from WP:COMMONNAME - If an examination of the sources in an article shows that one name or version of the name stands out as clearly the most commonly used in the English language, we should follow the sources and use it.
