Why?[edit]
This neologism is redundant. The dictionary definition for alumnus already includes a former member of a group, company, or organization, for example, "a Royal Ballet alumnus." We have definitions for most words; that'a half million or so in English. If as a matter of policy, Wikipedia starts including every bi-gram, the list will eclipse the rest of WP. The contents of this article would be a great addition to Alumnus. Rhadow (talk) 12:01, 3 December 2018 (UTC)
