Comparison with Indian Constitution[edit]

Do we need this section? Every constitution is written owing to different context and need of each country. Comparing one constitution with another to prove which is better seems pointless. citizenship[edit]

No citizen of Nepal is to be deprived of the right to obtain citizenship.

How can a citizen not already have citizenship? Does it mean one cannot lose citizenship once obtained?
