My reasons are twofold. First the group itself is non-notable, largely being a group of "traditional criminals" who largely had issues with the drug trade conducted by the Dunne criminal group in the 1980's. It would be far better to incorporate them into an article on CPAD. Secondly I have issues with using Paul Williams as a reliable source of information.
