Columba Blango → Columba Blango (politician) – Classic case of WP:TWODABS between the Olympic athlete/politician and his son. So the base name should be a dab page, and I believe this is the best dismabiguation for the father's article, as he spent most of his career as a politician (certainly more than as an athlete it seems).
