Untitled[edit]

What can be done about the way prisoners are treated at Las Animas Correctional Facility? It is a private prison and they seem to be taking matters into their own hands by treating prisoners badly. One incident of this that I know of is a prisoner accidently ran into a guard, apologized and kept walking by and before he knew it, he was in cuffs and the officer said that he assaulted him. This prisoner has been in the hole going on 30 days now and they found him guilty of assault on an officer. They will not let him out of his cell to be able to form a defense against this. I don't think it is fair for the prison to do this to people. What crime did this person commit. He did apologize to the officer and yet he was treated like he had planned the whole thing. Will someone please get back to me at rosiep1@gmail.com thank you.

Article name[edit]

It is proposed to move this page to Colorado State House of Representatives, in keeping with articles on the vast majority of state legislatures. I have similarly proposed to move List of members of the Colorado Senate to Colorado State Senate. For the discussion please visit Talk:List of members of the Colorado Senate. -- Lincolnite 11:19, 7 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
