Which version is correct?[edit]

The articles Timișoara and Coat of arms of Timișoara use different files. Wich one is correct? On the website of the City hall I can find both. If I understand/interprete the description in the 2009 upload correctly, in 2009 a new version was adopted. Unfortunately I cannot read /Raport_Dezvoltare_2009.pdf this file. Small shield[edit]
