Radio Rangers

When pointing out that Moore trained his voice to more closely resemble that of the radio version, it might help to provide a name or two as a frame of reference. 1981 film

I had to delete the paragraph discussing the 1981 Legend of the Lone Ranger film as it was compromised by weasel words ("some attribute...") and a potential WP:BLP violation regarding an unsourced statement regarding an actor's performance in said film. Above all, though, this information had little to do with Clayton Moore himself and is more appropriately covered in the article on the film. I replaced it with a simple acknowledgement that a film was made and it was unsuccessful. 23skidoo (talk) 14:58, 13 March 2008 (UTC)

Revolvers stolen?

Paul Harvey mentioned an anecdote about Clayton Moore in his book, The Rest of the Story:

While Moore was retired and visiting a relative in San Jose, CA; someone stole the brace of chromed revolvers, that he had kept as a souvenir from his Lone Ranger T.V. series days, from out of his van. Whether he ever got them back is not disclosed by Harvey.
