Dallas and girl pants

- Dallas wears pants that are made for girls sorry about removing that - it just sounds likes some kind of insult. I don't know how relevant that is though but I guess it'll stay there Jubella 22:15, 26 April 2006 (UTC)

Its all good.. i feel almost stupid defending it.. it is pretty random, but i feel its interesting and is appropriate in a trivia section.. anyway you cleaned it up better and im glad we've achieved a compromise so i dont need to keep trying to justify/ embarrassing myself by defending this..

For whatever reason, some of you have decided that moving the page would be a good idea. Wikipedia is a collaborative effort and every one's opinion is appreciated, you may want to keep that in mind , as it may be a good idea to discuss something like that next time :)

Deleted Images

Alright I am about to reupload the infobox image with all the proper fair use blabla.. its from the press section of the Dallas' label's website, it was meant to be used like this, there is no copyright infringement and so on.. if you remove it, i will jump you..

Some people (Seraphim Whipp) felt threatened by my comments, so just to clarify, i was indeed joking, I'm not actually going to jump anyone, but then again who can you trust these days? maybe I'm just lulling you into a false sense of security right now and actually am going plotting to hunt you down right now!! HAHAHA </sarcasm>

Hmm.. it seems that the infobox images for all of Dallas' albums have gone missing.. did anyone delete them for any reason?.. No one informed me on my discussion page so thats weird.. ook well I guess I'll just reupload them then?

Image of Dallas Green

I can provide a free picture of Dallas Green taken at a gig. However the picture of very low quality and not very clear. You can see that it is Dallas Green but he is facing away from the camera. Should I upload this?

Dallas' Love Relationship

Dallas is currently dating Leah Miller from Muchmusic, a fact that Leah and Dallas was seen around the MTV's Masonic temple before and after the taping of MTV Live with Alexisonfire (September 1st). --ShadowSlave 01:15, 6 September 2006 (UTC)

A photo of two people doesn't make it WP:V that they're dating. Photo could just be of two people who happen to know each other, etc. Unless someone is ready to WP:CITE, the fact that they may or may not be dating shouldn't be included in either articles. --Stéphane Charette 21:23, 1 November 2006 (UTC)

Rumours about who Dallas is dating

The rumour about who Dallas is dating should not be included without a source; it's delicate information. What if Dallas is not dating Leah Miller, and his real partner was to see this? Unless it's sourced, it doesn't belong in the article.

The person who wrote Dallas' equipment obviously didn't put enough effort into their research. He does own a Martin 00-17, but it isn't from 1989. Martin discontinued that product decades before in the late 50's/early 60's, he may of purchased in in '89, but it defiantly wasn't made in that year. This is a Misleading article

This article is very misleading. The discography section needs pruning. There is no need to list Alexisonfire albums when a simple see: Alexisonfire discography will do. The same applies to City and Colour. His "band" City and Colour apparently won the Juno per wikipedia. However, the Juno Awards Database lists only Dallas Green and no one else as the winners here [1]. That's why I added the Juno citation in the WP:LEAD. Argolin (talk) 07:57, 7 February 2011 (UTC)

  • Rationale: On the City and Colour article currently states in the first sentence that the article is about a recording alias belonging to Dallas Green . It also states the only band member in the associated project is Dallas Green himself. The member list after him is separate and designated "other back up". The page is short and descriptive of Dallas green. Under the information section of the article there is a paragraph which looks like it was put in for promotional purposes. The Finish Strong " paragraph can be removed and a new article can be started about it. The awards section is in need of updating for the CASBY awards.
