Chris, Christopher and another Christopher[edit]

There appears to be another Christopher Adler, lyricist of Jean Seberg (musical) and son of Richard Adler, who died in 1984 aged 30 (ie born about 1954). Some scope for confusion with Chris Adler and Christopher Adler, both born 1972. Probably notable enough for an article, as passing "Has credit for writing or co-writing either lyrics or music for a notable composition." under WP:COMPOSER. PamD 23:23, 8 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Pam. In fact, although he died at the age of 30, the son of Richard Adler is probably more notable than either of the other two. I'm about to create Christopher Adler (lyricist). If the current article at Christopher Adler is kept at Articles for deletion/Christopher Adler I'd suggest moving it to Christopher Adler (composer) after the AfD closes, and turning Christopher Adler into a disambiguation page. @Voceditenore: Yes, I did think he seemed to have done a lot in his short life, and he gets mentioned in a lot of WP articles! I look forward to seeing his article - and agree that a move and a dab page seem sensible. And thus one thing leads to another, in Wikipedia's wonderful time-sink way. Have fun!
