Original research/personal observations[edit]

Already most of what is in this article is entirely unverifiable, seemingly representing the personal observations of an editor. This is not how a Wikipedia article is supposed to be built. Again, material keeps being added that is either entirely unreferenced or referenced to a source that is not reliable, as Wikipedia defines it (WP:RS). This is important not only for the sake of accuracy, but to avoid excessively detailed information based on personal knowledge but not of general interest - publication in a reliable source serves as a proxy representation that the information is of sufficient interest to merit repeating on Wikipedia.
