Contested deletion[edit]

This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because... Charles Woods was a noted filmmaker in Australia during the silent era. He made several films, and appeared in some others as well as being a performer on stage. He was an important contributor to Australian cultural life in the 1910s.Dutchy85 (talk) 13:05, 16 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
