Since there seems to be some question as to the current status of the site (demolished, or refurbished and occupied), and if the photo is of the site or down the street, the best course for now is to remove all the un-sourced info about the current status, and remove the photo. To echo my comment on your talk page, I agree that we should remove the photo and the info about the current status until we can get confirmation of it (either a source explaining its fate, or if it's still standing a photo of the house).
