Doreen Valiente's notebook

Hi Midnightblueowl. I'm new to Wikipedia so I'm not sure of the protocol and technique to update an article.

The article is well written about Charles Cardell with some things about the Coven of Atho.

The listed single Referecne is not correct. Quite clearly the source reference for this article was "The Coven of Atho" article by Melissa Seims, but it was only listed as an external link.

I saw nothing from Doreen Valiente's persona notebooks cited on this aricle on Wikipedia about Charles Cardell. The part where Doreen's notebook was listed as a source was not Doreen's notebook but a news article clipping she kept along with many other clipplings.

I propose that the source reference be listed as Melissa's article and not Doreen's personal notebooks. If something from Doreen's notebook was cited, and I don't see any place where it was, then that could be listed as a source.

Yeh sure I agree with that, cheers :) (Midnightblueowl (talk) 14:28, 1 February 2009 (UTC))

No verifiable references!

None of these references are verifiable: using a full front page of a website to cite a Valiente quote - find us an actual published item that shows that quote, and NOT simply someone's notes published in a personal article online; claims of personal notes held in private hands? Not verifiable, and therefore not valid sources for a wikipedia article.--Vidkun (talk) 19:18, 16 April 2009 (UTC)
