Article improvement[edit]

This article uses footnotes for parenthetical comments rather than citations. There are no citations and the references listed do not relate to the article.

The article needs a deliberated edit and rewrite -- particularly with regard to missing information about the structure's design and history.

Editing needed: Sources and citations[edit]

This article is in need of editing to include period -- i.e. 17th century -- sources as well as recent scholarly research on the subject of the château de Clagny, which have been largely published in French. The on-line catalog of the Bibliothèque Nationale de France is a good starting point, as would be a number of the on-line catalogs of American and European universities. Assessment comment[edit]

The comment(s) below were originally left at Talk:Château de Clagny/Comments, and are posted here for posterity. Following several discussions in past years, these subpages are now deprecated. The comments may be irrelevant or outdated; if so, please feel free to remove this section.

The lack of any substantive referencing or primary source material places this article at a stub level. --E. Lighthart (talk) 16:56, 8 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
