[Untitled][edit]

This article could be deleted or the content merged into the main title at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Midwifery. I dispute the link between midwifery and medicine. --Tradimus (talk) 15:52, 9 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

New Page In Progress[edit]

Hi all, I'm currently undertaking a project to create a new page of substantial content called "Midwifery in the United States". The new page will outline the history of midwifery in the US as well as current practices. I recognize that this page on nurse midwifery is rather short and should be merged with the main Midwifery page. I will incorporate the content on this page into my new page which is in progress. Which link between midwifery and medicine is disputed? MonicaHe (talk) 13:20, 2 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Suggest for Deletion or Merging to New Page on Midwifery in the United States[edit]

Dear all, I just wrote a new WIki article on Midwifery in the United States and propose that this page be merged with mine. I have addressed the issues of this page being outdated and also changed the organization to be more clear. Please provide feedback on this as I would like to advance this issue on Wikipedia.

Thank you! MonicaHe (talk) 17:45, 29 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Certified nurse midwifeCertified Nurse‐Midwife – Should be capitalized and hyphenated. Certified Nurse-Midwife is a registered trademark of the American Midwifery Certification Board and they capitalize it. It's a certification, not a general term for a nurse midwife. https://www.amcbmidwife.org/amcb-certification/why-amcb-certification- https://www.amcbmidwife.org/for-consumers HiMyNameIsFrancesca (talk) 04:11, 26 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
