I am trying to improve this article with reliable references. I've done searches for Cathie Taylor as gospel singer, and find references to a Kathy Taylor, who is a younger performer. Hello, Karenthewriter -- I just added a mention on the page that Cathie Taylor was a regular daily performer on the Don McNeill Show (better known as Don McNeill's Breakfast Club) for about a year and that she appeared on the final broadcast of that series in 1968. What i do not understand is why on the page itself her adult singing career is broken into two parts -- "Folk Singing" and "Gospel," when she was also a Pop singer. 50.78.98.129 I divided the article into sections because, with the exception of the one sentence lead, the entire article was under "Biography" and I thought it would be better to have her career done in several sections to make it easier to find specific information. But if you want to lump her adult career into one section, do whatever you think best. I won't be working on the article after today, and I won't have it on my Watchlist. The ref i gave for Cathie Taylor's Breakfast Club appearances was a site called OTRCat. The entire domain has been blocked by Wikipedia, for reasons i do not understand -- and definitely disagree with. I am not in any way associated with the site. It contains logs and rundowns for hundreds of original radio shows. It does sell downloads of shows, to support the site, but the rundowns and program notes are free to the public and are accepted as authoritative by fans of Old Time Radio. The author of the Breakfast Club program notes, Eric Beheim, is a respected source in this rather arcane field, and to my knowledge has never wronged anyone.
