Notable Teacher[edit]

Who is that magnificently attractive man posted under notable teachers, and why doesn't he have his own wikipedia article?

That man is Peter Crawford. In the past, he has slept in parliament. this is him Petecrawford (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 04:04, 7 May 2009 (UTC).[reply]

Drastic pruning[edit]

I've deleted most of the content, except the infobox, one sentence in the lede, and the external links.

The previous content, per 15th July was riddled with unsourced, unbelievable assertions, as a result of many mischievous edits. Since there has been a request for sources since 2007, without any effort to improve sourcing in that time, and there were WP:BLP issues, I've taken the drastic step of deleting most of the content, that should be restored from the above link as adequate sources can be found. — Charles Stewart (talk) 08:50, 17 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Change of Principals[edit]

At the end of Semester 1, R. Clarke retired. J. Reeves is now the Acting Principal. This should be updated. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Avk996 (talkcontribs) 14:13, 28 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Students of Carlingford High School[edit]

It has been rumoured that the composition of student personalities in Carlingford High School is unique, and ranges from those who are extremely active and random, to those who are very quiet. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 137.111.13.200 (talk) 01:55, 12 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Edit request from Burgess567, 11 December 2010[edit]

{{edit semi-protected}} Hello: a simple suggested addition - notable graduates: Colin Butler (me: sorry to seem so immodest). I am already in Wikipaedia. Thanks, Colin Butler.

Burgess567 (talk) 09:02, 11 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Not done: please provide reliable sources that support the change you want to be made. While notable former graduates are an acceptable part of High school articles, there needs to be some evidence that the person went to that school. I took a look at Colin Butler, and I don't see anything in that article to verify that you/he went to Carlingford HS. If there is a reliable source claiming that, please post them here or on the Colin Butler article, then make another edit semi-protected request. Qwyrxian (talk) 02:25, 12 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Edit request # 2[edit]

Under "Notable teachers", please alter link to Peter Thompson Crawford (redlink) to Peter Crawford (Australian politician). Alternatively, drop the "P" from his middle name, (should be "Thomson") ie. lk to Peter Thomson Crawford which redirects to "Peter Crawford (Australian politician)". Thank You! - 220.101 talk\Contribs 16:02, 18 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Edit Request: School crest[edit]

I think it would be smart to show the school crest on this page. I have no idea how to but I have a good image here: http://web1.carlingfor-h.schools.nsw.edu.au/NET/Content/Public/images/crest.png
