This article is a purely propagandistic text by some Cantabrian nationalists. There is no primary source suggesting any connection between "cantabrum" and "labarum"; the etymology of labarum is hotly contested and basically enigmatic; although the triumphal arch of Orange shows Vexillum-like flags, we do not know how they were called by the Celtic people. The terms "cantabrum" for a flag and "cantabrarius" for a flag-bearer are mentioned only three times in the ancient sources and nothing there suggests anything close to all the fictional texts in this article. --Mevsfotw 23:15, 25 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
