Title[edit]

If you search "Call On Me" it takes you to an eric Pridz song, so maybe a disambiguation should be put up.

I've redirected "Call On Me" to "Call on Me", the proper name, where there already is a disambiguation page. :) Thankyoubaby 15:39, 19 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Image[edit]

That looks like an advertisement for the new song and not the single cover image. Should that be there? - eo 02:31, 21 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Never mind - I searched for the single cover image and couldn't find one yet - I removed the image until the correct one is found. -- eo 13:23, 21 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
You're right. I've restored the no source tag on the image too. -- getcrunk ? 13:32, 21 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Chart performance[edit]

So how come the chart performance section of the infobox doesn't show up??? Thankyoubaby 16:12, 29 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The field was "chart position", without an "s", for some reason. — getcrunk what?! 16:48, 29 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for fixing that getcrunk!! -- Thankyoubaby 17:54, 29 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I've changed some misleading information about the song's performance on the Bubbling Under Hot 100 chart. This chart only includes the songs that have not yet reached the Hot 100. For example, if "Call On Me" was to jump into the Hot 100 at some stage, it could never again be featured on the Bubbling Under chart. For this reason, it is incorrect to say that a position of #8 on the Bubbling Under chart will correspond exactly to a position of #108 on the Hot 100. Phil500 08:07, 22 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I changed the info to correspond with the information at Bubbling Under Hot 100 Singles. — getcrunk what?! 18:55, 22 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

R&B Top Tens[edit]

I was thinking since "Call on Me" has now hit top ten on the R&B charts, we should state how many top tens she's had now, but I'm not sure if her duets count. She has 30 (including Call on Me) or 33 if you include the duets with Busta Rhymes and Herb Alpert. --Thankyoubaby 16:11, 17 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

SOS Band Sample[edit]

Can someone point this out to me, cause I can't hear it anywhere.

It's on the bridge.

Wow, That's a really short interpolation, if it is on the bridge.

Her fifteenth #1 R&B hit[edit]

Call On Me is Janet's 15th #1 R&B hit. Not her sixteenth. She did not receive chart credit for her appearance on "Diamonds", a Herb Alpert single, because A&M decided not to submit her name to Billboard. So, by Billboard stats, she has fifteen. Whoever keeps changing it to 16 needs to know this figure is incorrect.

Fair use rationale for Image:Callonme limited.jpg[edit]

Image:Callonme limited.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 19:35, 1 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Music Video[edit]

The article contains the line "The video has received over 565,000 views on YouTube" followed by a link in some pathetic attempt to make it look like factual information. If every music video had a counter like that, there would be widespread second-by-second revisions all over wikiepdia in order to make it accurate. Who else is in favor of deleting that line?Reqluce (talk) 21:37, 18 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
