GA Review: On Hold

I have reviewed this article according to the requirements of the GA criteria and have placed the article on hold until the following issues are addressed. As you address each issue, either strike through the statement/place a check mark next to the issue and state how you addressed it. If you disagree with a particular issue, state your rationale for doing so after the issue in question so a compromise can be reached. Also, there was no GA nomination banner on the top of this page, for future nominations, make sure one is added when nominating articles.

1. In the "Route description" section, adjust the images as text should not be sandwiched between two images. Consider moving the one on the right down a little bit.
2. "State maintenance ends just after the Jefferson Boulevard interchange, and the road - now maintained by the city of West Sacramento as Tower Bridge Gateway -" Convert the hyphens to & mdash; (to properly format it, remove the space in between the "&" and "m"; I have to do this to illustrate the formatting, otherwise it looks like this: —). Fix any other occurrences in the article. Also: "crosses the future Garden Street at grade." What is a grade? Please specify/add a link for readers who may not know what it is.
3. "During that session, a new Route 275 was created" "Route 275" doesn't need to be bolded again. Do the same for "Tower Bridge Gateway" below.

Altogether, the article doesn't have too many problems. I have left the article on hold for seven days for the issues to be addressed. The above issues should be easy to fix and not take too long. If they are fixed in this time, I will pass the article. If not, the article may be failed and can be renominated at WP:GAN. If necessary to address the above issues, and progress is being made, an extension may be allowed.
