What a wonderful tradition! I can't imagine someone at the local Starbucks performing such a generous act.

Such a noble gesture, I'm pretty damn amazed. I'm going to order caffe sospeso's in future and enjoy explaining what I mean by my order to the staff serving me. A fantastic idea. Jachin 05:33, 2 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Featured on the BBC today, so you're going to get a lot of people looking at this page. 87.114.205.156 (talk) 16:07, 24 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Removed dead link[edit]

I removed the following dead link to itmattino. And the whole section as there was only one link. Apparently the web site of the journal has completely changed (now at ilmattino.it). I couldn't find the archives on the new web site (supposing it is the same newspaper), but the reason might be that I don't understand Italian.

I've heard the term "caffè pagato" (literally: paid-for coffee) used for this online. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.245.86.129 (talk) 03:04, 5 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The café pendiente (http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caf%C3%A9_pendiente) is getting quite big in Spain at the moment. 81.61.128.171 (talk) 13:49, 4 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
