Lieutenant-Colonel or Lieutenant Colonel?[edit]

Flow of article[edit]

This article seems to flow backwards to me. Since this is not just a list of the grades but also a short discussion of the cadet program, it seems it should start with C/AB at the top and flow to C/Col at the bottom. Eastshire (talk) 19:18, 17 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

change in how to get grades[edit]
