@MuZemike: It seems obvious to me that this article needs splitting into Buffalo wallow and Battle of Buffalo Wallow. I was about to create Battle of Buffalo Wallow but I was alerted that a previous version from 2012 has been deleted by user:MuZemike. It appears this was due to it being created by a sock. What do you and others think about me splitting the article. DrChrissy(talk) 16:47, 18 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
@DrChrissy: Recreation should be fine. However, restoration would not be, as the article was deleted also per WP:COPYVIO concerns (the user was operating a small sockfarm of accounts whose creations were almost entirely copyright violations). I have no opinion on splitting, just providing some background information. --MuZemike 19:31, 22 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks very much for that - much appreciated. DrChrissy(talk) 20:14, 22 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
