Article name[edit]

So why, exactly is this article using the spelling from a millennium-old book, rather than the Brunstead sign on the road as you drive into it? Gene Nygaard 19:56, 11 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

  • I think you will find that the village sign is the reference to the spelling from a millennium-old book (Domesday Book) as you call it. OS maps all refer to the village and parish as Brumstead.  stavros1  ♣  21:12, 8 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
