Issues with specific albums[edit]

The Catherine Wheel[edit]

Is there a reason The Catherine Wheel is not included in Eno's discography? He is credited as a performer, as well as composer on two tracks. It seems to me that if Day of Radiance is included, tCW should be too. --Register allocation 03:51, 28 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Empty Landscapes[edit]

I haven't been able to find any specifics on this album -- track list, personnel, cover art... There is an entry for it on the [discography at starpulse.com], but the link just goes to an empty placeholder page. --Register allocation 05:46, 29 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Work With David Bowie[edit]

Eno and Bowie produced three albums, Low, Lodger, and 'Heroes'. Eno was credited as both musician and producer on those albums. (24.6.43.14 (talk) 18:58, 24 July 2008 (UTC))[reply]

Air Structures[edit]

I would highly discommend including bootleg albums in discographies. It may not be a big deal for Eno, but for groups like The Beatles or Pink Floyd, cataloging bootlegs could be wikis all their own. Vocal and Instrumental Box Sets[edit]

The Box sets should be included in the discography.

  1. From 1992 until the recent spate of remastered releases, they were the only source of remastered material from Eno's catalog.
  2. They still represent the only legitimate release of a number of songs from My Squelchy Life

Nerve Net[edit]

Does Nerve Net really belong classified as an instrumental album? According to the lyrics listed at hyperreal.org, "Fractal Zoom", "Wire Shock", "What Actually Happened?", "My Squelchy Life", "Juju Space Jazz", "The Roil, The Choke", and "Ali Click" all have notable sung or spoken accompanyment. --Register allocation 23:20, 3 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Empty Landscapes don't exists[edit]

This is the first time I read about a Brian Eno album called "Empty Landscapes". It don't exist in the official discography. But also in the many bootleg lists I never seen a record with that title. All the web pages featuring this title are taken from Wikipedia and give no informations about the edition and the content. A track titled "Empty Landscape" was published in "Music For Films Vol.II" in the "Working Backwards" box set, and it was recently re-issued in "More Music For Films" (2005). I think that's fairly important too but I think those things can be discussed within their respective articles. We already have it split but collaborations and eps, and singles and compilations and albums. Too much would be confusing I think. Because what would we do then? Should we split up Eno's production based on rock albums or ambient albums too? I think it's okay how it is. On thinking about it, your seperation of styles is important, but to incorporate it. Maybe we should expand that opening paragraph in the discography section. I came here looking for Textures too. Then I found it has it's own wiki page https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Textures_(album). It may present a classification problem because it was not commercially released to the public! I own these two Eno CDs and I would like to add them, but I want to avoid errors.
