This should not be merged with F-Minus. That is a band, this is a person. Also, Brad is one of the most notable people in punk today. Rik L Rik is not "legendary" in terms of punk rock outside of California specifically Orange County CA. I have changed the article to more accurately portray him as a seminal o.c. artist and feel that this is a better symbolization of his contribution to the early punk scene on the west coast. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 173.48.20.152 (talk) 07:44, 12 February 2012 (UTC)
