Cleanup[edit]

It has loads of info, it just needs organising. Sorry to {{cleanup}} and run, but am not a content expert for here. Local knowledge will do a far better job. Fiddle Faddle 20:53, 30 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I have tidied it up a bit, but it probably still needs more attention. User:Thejohnfleming 23:26, 01 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

More cleanup[edit]

I moved some of the information around and added headings. I also added some information ... I've made a couple of visits to Borehamwood on business. If you think this page is now cleaned up, please remove the Cleanup tag at the top of the file. Truthanado 00:46, 24 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I have a gripe about this - the term Boreham Wood being used by a growing number of the population. I have lived in Borehamwood all my life & I have never once seen the name spelt as 2 words. I know that the town used to be a 2 word name, but it hasn't been for at least a century. I therefore request that the 2 word name is either amended to show that it is no longer used or simply moved to the history section

Why request it? Wikipedia is for all to edit. Fiddle Faddle 22:00, 7 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Transportation[edit]

The locals do not refer to the station as Elstree. Considering the station itself is in Borehamwood and the majority of the surrounding population reside in Borehamwood, I would suggest the previous statement was made by a pretentious wiki member! Let's not forget the actual size of Elstree itself which merely has barely 1-tenth of the Borehamwood population. It can be said that train drivers are quoted as stating 'Elstree' due to abbreviation, but it is not otherwise referred to as Elstree station, but more the latter. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.3.158.183 (talk) 16:42, 7 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Mispelling[edit]

On the paragraph about schools, there is a mispelt word. 'Yavneh College' is the correct spelling rather than, 'Yavnah College' Jfsboy 18:28, 27 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

For the cite needed on the Urban Dead part of the media/arts section, would it be enough to link to the Urban Dead page?
