Delete or redirect this article[edit]

I am proposing to redirect this page to Mary Jo Kopechne or Chappaquiddick incident. The so called "boiler room girls" have no notability except in connection with that notable death. One member of the group went on to achieve notability in her own right; the others have been adjudged non-notable in AfD discussions. If no-one objects to this redirect in the next week or so, I will boldly do it. --MelanieN (talk) 14:18, 16 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I kind of lost track of this article and suggestion, but I now received a suggestion that it would be more appropriate to merge the content of the article into Robert F. Kennedy presidential campaign, 1968. I'm not sure where in that article it would fit. Any comments? --MelanieN (talk) 13:33, 23 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Another possibility would be to simply nominate this article for deletion. It is unsourced and it may be that the group is not notable as a group (although several are notable individually). Comments? --MelanieN (talk) 13:39, 23 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
A brief search suggests that there IS sufficient sourcing to establish this group as notable. Furthermore, page views are 100 or so per day, suggesting that the article is useful. Maybe it just needs sourcing. --MelanieN (talk) 13:45, 23 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Identity of driver[edit]

There is reasonable doubt over whether Kennedy was driving, following the 25th anniversary programme by the BBC in 1994. Valetude (talk) 20:33, 23 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
